Design-build remodeling across NW Arkansas and NW Missouri. We run a small, careful shop, and we're looking for people who do good work and want to keep doing it.
A&C Construction Group is a design-build remodeling company run by Allen and Claudia. One contract covers design, materials, and the build, so our crews work the whole job instead of getting handed half a plan. Most of what we do is residential, kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, flooring, and decks, plus the occasional light commercial build-out.
We hire people who show up, own their work, and treat a customer's home like it matters. If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you, whether you've run jobs for years or you're early in the trade and willing to learn.

Lead Carpenter / Remodeler
Full-timeRun a remodel from demo through final walkthrough, frame it, finish it, and keep the job moving.
What you'll do
- Frame, hang and finish drywall, set cabinets, doors and trim
- Run the day-to-day on site and coordinate the crew
- Keep the job clean, safe, and on schedule
- Catch problems early and talk them through with Allen
What we're looking for
- Several years running residential remodels
- Your own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Comfortable talking with homeowners on site
- Valid driver's license
Finish Carpenter / Trim and Cabinet Installer
Full-time or by projectThe careful work at the end of a job, trim, doors, cabinets and built-ins that have to look right.
What you'll do
- Install doors, trim, baseboard and crown
- Set and scribe cabinets and vanities
- Build-outs, shelving, and punch-list finish work
What we're looking for
- Proven finish carpentry with tight, clean joints
- Your own finish tools
- An eye for level, plumb, and clean reveals
Carpenter's Helper / Laborer
Full-timeLearn the trade on real jobs alongside people who know it.
What you'll do
- Demo, haul and stage materials, keep the site clean
- Assist the lead with framing and finish work
- Basic measuring, cuts, and layout
What we're looking for
- Show up on time, every day
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Able to lift and move materials
- Reliable transportation
Trade Partners (Subcontractors)
SubcontractorsWe keep a short list of subs we trust, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and tile setters.
What you'll do
- Licensed, insured work on remodel and build schedules
- Show up when you say you will and leave the site clean
What we're looking for
- Licensed and insured for your trade
- A track record on residential remodels
- Steady availability across NW Arkansas and NW Missouri
